This External Privacy Policy (“Policy”) elucidates the main aspects of the Processing and relationship of Personal Data of Students, Legal and Financial Responsible Persons, as well as Potential Students of the College (together, the “Users”).
This Policy applies to all Colégio Europa educational services and any others related thereto (“Educational Services” or “Services”), also covering data captured on the Colégio Europa website. The terms that regulate Educational Services are defined in the Educational Services Provision Agreement (“CPSE”), and can be accessed upon request at the College secretariat.

Colegéio Europa processes Personal Data in various ways, as specified below, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”), always aiming to strike a balance between the adequate provision of services and compliance with its legal obligations regarding to the personal data you control.
New educational services may be developed and offered. If the introduction of this collected data results in any change in the way we treat user information, we will make more information, additional terms or policies available.
The Policy aims to:
Provide easy access to information about the processing of user data in our services in a clear and conspicuous manner;
Explain to the user their respective rights in relation to their personal data collected and processed by us, and how we will protect their privacy; It is
Ensure that the user understands which of their personal data we collect, the reasons why we collect and use it, as well as information about shared use.
Validity
The Policy is effective from July 10, 2024, with review on July 10, 2024. or when the board of directors of Colégio Europa determines the need to change this data policy.
Registration data: full name, document number, affiliation, date of birth, place of birth, photo, telephone, email, home address.
School data: school results/report card, participation in sports, artistic, extracurricular and complementary activities, school attendance and final assessment, as well as letter of compliance, grades and academic record from the school of origin/previous.
Medical data: medical insurance card, vaccination, illnesses/diseases and use of medication, allowing the student to receive immediate care in case of emergency needs.
Image and voice data: for hybrid classes.
